Hello! I’m Brooke and the sole owner and Esthetician of Beauty by Brooke LLC. I love getting to make my clients feel beautiful and give them a confidence boost that will keep them wanting more! I am a Licensed Esthetician specializing in lash lifts and tints, brow laminations/tinting/waxing, body waxing, as well as facials. Feel free to scroll through this booking site and book an appointment. You also can contact me to book an appointment for you or if you have any questions about booking your own appointment! Posted business hours are a rough estimate based on my other job availability as I don’t have a regular set schedule. Text me when scheduling for my actual availability when you are wanting to get in and I will find a time to get you in! Policies: - All first time clients are required to pay a one time $20 deposit when booking a service. - Make sure to please come with a clean face with no eye or face makeup on to your appointment. - Please don’t bring guests or extra people with you to your appointment. - There is easy to find street parking right outside of the building where the studio is located. - When you arrive to your appointment, send me a text message letting me know who you are and that you’ve arrived and I will let you in! - If you feel sick or are sick around the time of your scheduled appointment, please reschedule! Accepted types of payment: Card, Cash, and Venmo only.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time there will be a 40% charge made to the card placed on file. I totally understand that this is life and things happen, but this is also my business and income, I need time to be able to fill any gaps where cancellations may take place. Late Policy: If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time your appointment may be cancelled with a potential 20% service late fee charge. No show policy: Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and will be required to pay said service fee to rebook with me.
